Photography as a form of attention

I'm Karina Krasnovska — an editorial and portrait photographer based in Szczecin. Photography began as a teenage obsession with an old film camera; it slowly turned from a hobby into a craft, and then into the way I see people.

Eight years in, I work almost entirely with natural light and a quiet, unhurried process. Self-taught at first, then sharpened through workshops and hundreds of sessions — always chasing the same thing: an honest frame that still feels like the person years later.
